At Danielle’s Closet, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies, which detail the way we operate our business. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once your order has been shipped, it is out of our control. You will have to call your local post office and follow up with them. If there is something wrong with your items, you have 24 hours after your order has been delivered to take pictures and notify us. If this is done in the allotted time frame, we will work with you to find a solution to your problem. Shipping & Processing
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days and are always shipped via USPS First Class or Priority. If you're order has not been shipped after the 5 business days mark, please do not hesitate to reach out.
